1. Who we are
BIJAK I Advisory (SSM 202601031809 / 1693904-A) provides company registration, company secretarial, accounting and payroll services in Malaysia. We are the data controller for personal data collected through bijakiadvisory.com and portal.bijakiadvisory.com.
2. What we collect (and why)

3. Sensitive data — photos and video
Your IC photos and face-recording video are sensitive personal data under section 2 of the PDPA. We store them in an encrypted, access-controlled private storage bucket. Only authorised BIJAK staff can open them, only for identity verification, and they are deleted within 90 days after your registration is completed (or earlier on your written request).
4. Who we share with
- SSM (Companies Commission of Malaysia) — whatever the registration filing requires by law.
- ToyyibPay / FPX banks — payment processing only (name, email, phone, amount).
- Nobody else. We never sell or rent your data.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and withdraw consent for marketing messages. WhatsApp us at 012-382 8827 or email tealive.balok@gmail.com — we respond within 7 working days.
6. Data location
Data is stored on Supabase (Singapore region) and Vercel (Singapore). SSM filings happen inside Malaysia via the official MyCoID portal.
